Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, or major life transitions begin to affect how you connect with yourself and the people you love. You may feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnected from your partner, burdened by painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and change can begin. I specialize in trauma and working with first responders, military personnel and their families.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma informed. I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, strengthen emotional connection, develop healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship pain, family conflict, or personal struggles, therapy can be a place to feel supported, understood, and empowered.
